Our modern range of high performance INNOVATION Windows and
doorsets are one of the most versatile products available on the market. The substantial section sizes of Engineered timber, coupled with top quality locking mechanisms, offer a product with a stormproof design, giving the highest levels of security, weather and thermal performance.

The INNOVATION window has a BRFC energy rating of B-D, the TWA scheme manufacturer accreditation and Kitemark, plus the Secured by Design Certification.

The windows are factory fitted with friction hinges and an Espagnollette Locking System, with a standard range of good quality ironmongery fittings also available.   The frames are factory fitted with a high spec draught seal, whilst the sash has a secondary high performance bubble seal, fitted to its perimeter. Trickle ventilation is incorporated in the frame head, if required.

The doorsets are factory fitted into the frames with flag hinges and a multipoint locking system, with a standard range of ironmongery fittings available. The frame is factory fitted with a high spec draught seal, whilst the door sash has a secondary high performance bubble seal factory fitted to its perimeter.

The Range
Clearwood UK’s INNOVATION Windows and doorsets can be produced in a variety of styles and sizes to suit your projects’ needs and are fully factory finished using a 3-coat microporous paint or stain system. We can manufacture using a range of Engineered soft or hardwoods that are sourced from sustainable managed forests using certified suppliers.

We offer a range of cill extenders that will suit any project requirements. All the timber window components are fully machined using the latest CNC machinery. The building of each window or door then follows a process flow path through our modern factory and workshop that includes very stringent quality control systems that are followed during every part of the production process. As with all Clearwood UK products we only manufacture to order. This gives you the assurance of knowing that your INNOVATION window or doorsets have been hand crafted by skilled tradesmen, whilst using modern manufacturing methods.

The INNOVATION window range has been
independently tested by BSI (British Standards
Institution) in accordance with BS 6375:
Part 1: 1989: Classifi cation for weather tightness.
Part 2: 1987: Specifi cation for operation and
strength characteristics.
The INNOVATION window range has also been
independently tested in accordance with BS7950.
The window passed all the necessary criteria for
both top and side hung windows.
The INNOVATION single leaf door set has been
tested by the BSI to: PAS 23 /PAS 24 These Product Assessment Specifi cations (PAS) are a set of stringent tests of the product.
PAS 23 is for general performance including
weather resistance and PAS 24 covers design and
enhanced security performance.
The INNOVATION range has a BFRC ‘B - D’
energy rating.
