The Clearwood UK HERITAGE PLUS RANGE of high performance windows has achieved an ‘A’ Energy Rating from the British Fenestration Ratings Council (BFRC). The Heritage Plus range has been designed for both conservation needs as well as projects that require modern performance but with a traditional look.
The flush appearance between sash and frame give this product clean unobstructed sight lines, further complemented by the HERITAGE PLUS doorset range.

Manufactured in a wide range of styles and sizes that can be tailored to suit your project’s requirements and specifications, the Heritage Plus windows are factory fitted with the highest quality specialist hinge system and Espagnollette Locking Systems. There is a standard range of ironmongery fittings available and the frame is factory fitted with a high specification draught seal that incorporates trickle ventilation into the frame head.

The Heritage Plus doorsets are factory fitted into the frames with butt hinges and a multipoint locking system, and a standard range of ironmongery fittings being available. The frame is factory fitted with a high specification draught seal to ensure a high performance in all applications.

HERITAGE PLUS Windows and doorsets can be produced in a variety of styles and sizes to suit your projects’ needs and are fully factory finished using a 3-coat microporous paint or stain system.

Manufactured using a range of Engineered soft or hardwoods sourced from sustainable managed forests using certified suppliers, all the components within the HERITAGE PLUS range are fully machined using the latest CNC (Computer Numerically Control) machinery.

Every product in the HERITAGE PLUS range follows a process flow path through our modern factory and workshop that includes stringent quality control systems during every part of the production process. As with all Clearwood UK products we only manufacture to order, giving you the assurance of knowing that your HERITAGE PLUS window has been hand crafted by skilled tradesmen using modern manufacturing methods.

The HERITAGE window range has been independently tested by BSI (British Standards Institution) in accordance with BS 6375:

Part 1: 1989: Classification for weather tightness.
Part 2: 1987: Specification for operation and strength characteristics.

The HERITAGE window range has also been independently tested in accordance with BS7950. The window passed all the necessary criteria for both top and side hung windows.

The HERITAGE range has a BFRC ‘A - C’ energy rating.
